Roine is a photographer based in Örebro, Sweden. Over the years, he has worked with many well-known clients and magazines, but what stands out the most is the 15 book titles in his list of works, one of which "Nära fåglar" was nominated for both the August Prize and became the winner of Swedish Book Art 2017. He is passionate about analogue photography where he likes to shoot in large formats.

Roine uses Ilford film HP5 plus and FP4 plus for black and white, and Kodak Portra 400 for colour, and develops in Jobo's machines. A newfound friend for developing large formats is Jobo's black and white developer Alpha B&W Developer. Roine also has a great weakness for polaroid photography, both old, expired films and the new ones, he absolutely loves the material and the physicality of that type of photography.
