Develop Large-Format Prints with Precision – No Trays Required
The Vintage Visual REEL – Paper 8 enables the development of photographic paper up to 40 × 30 cm (16 × 12") inside a standard Paterson 8-reel tank. As the first reel designed specifically for large-format paper processing in a closed tank system, it provides a practical, space-saving alternative to traditional tray development.
Engineered for smooth loading in complete darkness, the REEL – Paper 8 is manufactured from durable ASA plastic, offering excellent strength, reliability, and long-term darkroom performance. It accommodates paper sizes up to 30 × 40 cm (12 × 16"), making it the largest paper reel available for use in a standard Paterson 8-reel tank. Designed for rotary processing, the reel is intended for use with the AGO Film Processor, enabling consistent development of both RA-4 colour prints and black-and-white prints. It is not compatible with manual hand processing methods.
Each reel is supplied with an AGO Quick Pour Funnel, allowing fast and convenient filling and emptying of chemistry.
