Fenix TK25R Tactical Flashlight
A tail toggle moves the light between Duty, Tactical Support and lockout, and Instant Turbo bypasses the brightness levels when full output is needed at once. The included 5000 mAh battery recharges in about 1.5 hours.
Light and performance
The handheld format gives direct control of the beam and makes the light easy to aim. The mode set covers 11 lighting modes: four levels of forward-facing white light and Strobe from the main beam, plus six side-light modes with two white levels, UV light, red light, red flash, and a red and blue flash for signalling. In Duty mode the light runs only the forward-facing white beam; Tactical Support mode opens the side light array. It is suitable for patrol work, a duty belt, kit bag or vehicle.
Power, handling and durability
The included ARB-L21-5000 V2.0 battery charges through the USB-C port in about 1.5 hours, and the light is also compatible with the ARB-L21-6000 battery. The control layout uses a tail mode toggle for Duty, Tactical Support and lockout, plus dual tail switches for instant Strobe and Instant Turbo, so the main functions are easy to reach in normal use. The construction is made for real use, with IP68 rated waterproofing. Useful details include the UV light for document and currency checks and the red light for preserving night vision. For a flashlight, the grip, switching and power setup are important because the light may be used quickly and often.
