Fenix HP16R Rechargeable Headlamp
A rechargeable headlamp for outdoor work, hiking and longer use where a rear battery case is useful. It combines long-range spotlight, neutral floodlight and red light.
Light and performance
The mode set includes four spotlight levels, three floodlight levels, red light and SOS. A Luminus SST40 white LED handles the spotlight, a Cree XP-G3 neutral white LED handles floodlight and an Everlight red LED provides red light.
Power, handling and durability
The HP16R uses a 3000 mAh Li-polymer battery pack in the separate battery case and can also use four AA batteries. The battery case charges by USB-C, and the headlamp has 60 degree tilt and lockout.
