Made of aluminum alloy and weighing only 79.5g, it helps protect the bottom of the camera from scratches while providing basic tripod mounting for portable shooting.
The baseplate features a built-in Arca-Swiss quick release plate, along with multiple 1/4"-20 mounting holes and a lanyard hole, allowing fast switching between tripod use and handheld shooting without the need for a separate quick release plate.
It also supports use with DJI gimbals and allows a lanyard to be attached at the bottom for more secure handheld shooting.
