My name is Bartłomiej Pawlikowski. You can also know me as Pawlikowski Media. My main job and passion is photography. As long as I can remember, sport has always been a huge part of my life. That’s propably why i have choosen sport photography as my favourite subject. My photos have been awarded in many national and international competitions. They also often appear in various publications. I live in Podhale next to the Tatra mountains. This localization helps in shaping my technical and fitness skills. I am a qualified ski instructor and speleologist.

This set of skills makes it easier for me to navigate in difficult terrain and operate the ropes. I have heard that you should choose one direction in photography, but for me, the work of a photographer is about people and spending valuable time on what I love to do. That is why I am not limited to sports photography. When it comes to photography - I have learned everything by myself. Few years ago I went to art studies, but due to constant travel, I had to suspend my education. I really like sleeping in my car and spending time as actively as possible. I always try not to worry about life pressure

How did you start with photo/video?
I had a gap year from my studies, spent a lot of time in the mountains and so a camera accidentally fell into my hand.
How would you describe your style?
"Go with the flow". - A good atmosphere, lots of laughter and spontaneity. I like to look for interesting perspectives, sometimes completely out of the ordinary.
What inspires you?
Music, paintings, friends and sport
What is your dream shoot or project?
It would be cool to do a ski project in Alaska one day.
What is your best advice to others that want to develop as photographers?
Don't compare yourself, do the things you think are right and don't give up easily ;)
